Kam Leng Hotel, a prominent local budget hotel, underwent a significant transformation amidst the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, transitioning into a dormitory facility for construction workers. With the easing of pandemic restrictions, we seized the opportunity to acquire the project, with the strategic objective of repositioning it as a threestar boutique hotel. Presently, extensive renovations and refurbishments are underway, with an anticipated completion and opening slated for six months from now. This project stands as one of our most ambitious endeavors to date, reflecting a substantial investment of millions of Singapore dollars.

Air Residences & Service Apartment

36 Club Residence is situated on Club Street in the vibrant Central Business District (CBD) of Singapore. Spanning across 5 floors with 25 suites, our establishment is managed by a team of 4 fulltime staff members. Since our inauguration in mid-2022, our primary clientele comprises international travelers, aligning with the gradual recovery of Singapore's tourism sector. Originally functioning as a serviced apartment, we underwent a comprehensive month-long renovation to establish a welcoming apartment complex in the heart of the city. We strategically expanded our online presence, fine-tuned pricing strategies, and diligently recruited a dedicated workforce. We have consistently achieved profitability, garnering satisfaction from our investors and paving the path for future ventures.

Asphodel Inn 

Asphodel Inn, a local budget hotel, engaged our services to address a decline in business and revitalize its operations. Upon assuming management responsibilities, we implemented a comprehensive strategy to enhance the hotel's appeal and operational efficiency. Our approach encompassed targeted renovations to elevate the hotel's aesthetic appeal and create a more inviting atmosphere. Additionally, we provided extensive front desk training to ensure that guest interactions were conducted with professionalism and efficiency. Standardization of services was rigorously enforced to guarantee consistency and excellence across all guest touchpoints. Furthermore, we established strategic partnerships with prominent online travel agencies (OTAs) such as booking.com and trip.com to expand the hotel's online presence and attract a broader audience of potential guests. Through the adept application of our marketing and management expertise, we successfully revitalized Asphodel Inn.

This is evidenced by the hotel's impressive monthly average occupancy rate, which now exceeds 80%, signaling a substantial improvement in business performance and guest satisfaction.

Capsular Hotel 

The Room at Kallang is a backpacker hotel situated in the central east area of Singapore, recently acquired by our organization. Previously in a state of disrepair, our strategic vision involves its transformation into a capsule hotel tailored to cater to the needs of international backpackers by August 2023. Conveniently located within a 3-minute walk from Kallang MRT station.


Drawing upon our extensive management experience and a meticulously crafted vision for this endeavor, we hold a strong belief in the success of this project.

Assemblage Student Hostel 

Assemblage Student Hostel, located in Holland Village, was inaugurated in July 2023, boasting an exceptionally advantageous location just a few minutes' walk from Holland Village MRT station. Acknowledging the ramifications of the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been a reduction in the presence of international students, leading to lower occupancy rates and a lapse in facility maintenance.

In response, our strategic blueprint encompasses a comprehensive refurbishment of all accommodations and an amplification of our marketing endeavors to appeal to a broader student demographic. With the gradual amelioration of the pandemic situation and the projected resurgence of international students returning to Singapore, we maintain a steadfast optimism regarding the triumph of this venture.

Hotel Snow (Lavender)

Hotel Snow is strategically situated in Singapore's Lavender area, in close proximity to the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA). Spanning across 4 floors, our establishment comprises 35 meticulously appointed
rooms and is managed by a dedicated team of 5 full-time professionals.
Commencing operations in early 2021, our primary focus was on catering to international travelers undergoing quarantine. Through strategic adjustments to our platform information and pricing strategies, we adeptly
navigated the challenges, swiftly transforming losses into profitability. By leveraging platforms such as Dayuse and Flow, and enhancing our front desk operations, we achieved breakeven within a mere 6-month period.
Our success in achieving breakeven within a short timeframe underscores our commitment to excellence and strategic agility in the competitive hospitality landscape.
