Jocelyn Tan, CEO of Apex Asia Group and Asia Properties & Assets Consultancy, has over 20 years of experience in real estate and asset management. Leading a team of 200 professionals at Asia Properties, she oversees local and regional operations, demonstrating her management expertise.
Renowned for her pragmatic approach, Jocelyn consistently delivers effective solutions across residential, industrial, retail, and commercial properties. Her leadership journey includes key roles such as Head of Assets Management at Savills Singapore, Head of POSH at ZACD Group, and Head of Property Management at CapitaLand. At ZACD, she collaborated with the Investment Team to achieve strong Return on Equity (ROE), affirming her strategic acumen and solidifying her reputation as a leader in the industry.
Ms. Fong Meng Hui was appointed Financial Controller of Apex Asia in April 2025. She supports the Chairman and CEO in driving the Company’s business strategies and is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions, as well as ensuring corporate governance practices across the organisation.
She has nearly 15 years of broad-based international experience spanning financial and management accounting, external and internal audit, in various industries in Singapore and overseas. Her background also includes involvement in business strategy and management, public listing, debt restructuring, corporate governance and compliance, investor relations, and financial reporting.
Ms. Fong is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA, UK), a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and a Chartered Accountant of Singapore (CA Singapore). She holds a First-Class Honours Bachelor of Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom.
